Setting Up An Appointment
When we receive a phone call or
an email to possibly obtain our service, we will
at that time set up an appointment for an
assessment;
At the first appointment we will
require that the owner or the trainer be on site
to answer questions and get the information that
is necessary for our records.
At this time, we will evaluate
the horse which may consist of a few things
like: lunge the horse; watching the motions of
the horse as he/she moves towards us and away
from us; and taking pictures and notes.
If you are satisfied, we will
discuss providing our services at this time;
When we are finished providing
our services, we will then set up another
appointment so that we may continue caring for
your horse; and
After the first appointment we
will start a file on your horse. We also try to
send information via mail mapping our hoof care
plan and we note any concerns that we may have. |
